Meet the Founder
They say people don’t quit jobs — they quit people.
But what I’ve seen?
People quit cultures that pressure them to shrink.
Environments that reward silence.
Systems that ask for their labor but not their truth.
Hi, I’m CHARLiiE Mayers —
a licensed attorney, trained social worker, Air Force veteran, and lifelong feeler of the unseen.
Raised in foster care.
Shaped by systems.
Transformed by presence and purpose.
I didn’t start C²M² to fix broken workplaces.
I started it because I knew what it felt like to care — deeply — and still be in environments that couldn’t hold it.
To be the one asking “why” in a room that only wanted “how.”
To lead with integrity in spaces that preferred performance.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy, spirit, and self-awareness.
Because culture isn’t what you say — it’s how it feels to be there.
And most people can feel when something’s off… even if no one’s saying it yet.
C²M² was born from a simple truth:
You shouldn’t have to abandon yourself to belong at work.
Not as an employee.
Not as a leader.
Not as a human being.
Because I believe workplaces can be places of purpose and people.
That you can meet the mission without sacrificing the humans carrying it out.
That when we invest in people — their growth, their truth, their wholeness —
we don’t lose productivity.
We gain loyalty.
We spark innovation.
We build cultures where everyone has the room to breathe, belong, and become.
This isn’t about saving companies.
It’s about remembering people — and creating spaces where alignment isn’t a luxury…
It’s a lived experience.

Work doesn’t have to be a place we survive. It can be a space we evolve.
My vision is to help organizations remember that culture is created — not inherited — and that every person, from intern to executive, shapes the whole.
Transformation begins within, and is an invitation to all of us.
